Just found your blog tonight. I study classical ballet 5 times a week and walk every chance I get and work full time. I am thinking about becoming a full time athlete and quit work but then injured my hip a few days ago and you are right....injury and illness can make one feel very old overnight. GLAD I found your blog. So many studies being bandied around out there especially now with the population going to be all over age 65 soon everyone has an opinion but I would rather learn from living proof people like you rather than trust medical studies of any kind.
